Zenon

Zenon is the infrastructure platform for several product areas within Sikt.

What do we offer?

  • Virtual machines (VMs) on Proxmox, for all of the product areas it supports.
  • Kubernetes clusters, for a subset of the product areas it supports.
  • Housing in the server room in Teknobyen (Abels gate 5), with power, physical racks and networking supplied by CNaaS.

Coming up

We are working on offering Ceph as storage, for both VMs and object storage (S3).

Documentation of physical infrastructure

The physical layout of our server rooms and networks is documented in netbox.uninett.no.
