OCRE Framework Agreement

The framework agreement has been prepared by GÉANT, and Sikt purchases AWS services through a supplier. For the current period, Sikt has an agreement with Rackspace, which is American but has offices in Europe. Previously, Unit and Uninett had an agreement with TI Sparkle, which is headquartered in Rome, during the period 2018-2021.

The OCRE Cloud Framework replaced the previous GÉANT IAAS (infrastructure as a service) framework.
